Should you require individual help with a particular problem then you will need to became a member. Our members enjoy a wide range of services which can help them solve problems they may encounter in everyday life.

 

There are four ways to obtain assistance with your problem.

Our website is designed, and regularly updated, to provide up to date information covering issues encountered in everyday life, if however you need further assistance the next stage in finding your solution will be to enter our open forum where you can possibly obtain advice from our other readers.

The Open Forum on our website is constantly used by a wide range of nationalities and by raising your problem there you may be able to find other readers who have experienced the same problem and now have a solution for you.

SEND US AN EMAIL

Should your problem be of a more delicate nature which requires one to one assistance then you can email us directly explaining your problem and we will do our best to find an answer and reply to you as quickly as possible. Please note that this service is only available to people who have a valid membership subscription.

SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

If we have been unable to email a solution to you then we will arrange with you a mutually agreeable time to speak to you using phone or Skype. Please note that this service is only available to people who have a valid membership subscription.

 

Our team has learnt, sometimes the hard way, that whilst there are many wrong paths available, there will always be one correct path leading to a solution. Our team decided that whilst we do not yet have all the answers, we know enough to advise and help in most circumstances and if you are asking why do we want to do this, the answer is quite simple, because we can.

To became a member you will need to firstly decide if you want:

- 6 months membership (subscription fee £10)

- 12 months membership (subscription fee £12)

and then you will receive a membership number and an application form to complete and return to us.

On receipt of your completed application form you will be contacted by us within 24 hours.
